Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for being a loyal customer! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do offerer a 14-day exchange or store credit policy. 

You have 14-days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different size or to receive store credit. 

Return Eligibility Requirements 

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, make-up and damage free. 
  • Original tags must be attached & intact. 
  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days.
  • Final sale items will not be accepted for returns. Final sale items are : 
    • Jewelry
    • Hats & Beanies 
    • Gift Cards 
    • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale. 

To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@shopsocialsisters.com. Once your exchange has been accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.
